Thank you for your interest in joining The Junior League of Jacksonville! Each year, the Junior League of Jacksonville trains groups of new members to be effective volunteers and leaders in our community. Our 2023-24 League Year New Member Application for the Spring class is now available for submission and we look forward to hearing from you. Here are a few tips on how to learn more about our League, and information on our membership criteria.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
The Junior League of Jacksonville uses the following criteria for consideration of prospective members:
- Must be at least 22 years old as of June 1 of the year in which membership would begin (There is no maximum age to join!)
- Reside within the Jacksonville admissions area of Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, Flagler, Baker, or Putnam Counties (in Florida) and Camden County (in Georgia)
- Demonstrate an interest in volunteerism and a commitment to community service
- Show an interest in developing her potential for voluntary community participation
New members complete a comprehensive training series that allows them to learn about our League structure and programs, as well as experience some of our community programs first-hand. The series includes large group meetings, advisor-led small group meetings, educational courses, a tour of Junior League of Jacksonville community landmarks, group community shifts, a new member project, and attending other League functions such as general membership meetings.
