This two-part series invites leaders and teams to explore how psychological safety and emotional intelligence, grounded in integrity, form the foundation of thriving, high-performing cultures. Drawing on insights from Discover the Matrix, Integrity: The True Mark of Leadership, Angela Cusack will guide participants in building the trust, presence, and authentic relationships essential for navigating complexity and leading with courage.

Session 2: Deepening Emotional Intelligence for Stronger Team Connection
In this session, we will build on the foundation of psychological safety by exploring emotional intelligence as a vital expression of integrity in leadership—the capacity that fuels trust, resilience, and authentic connection. Together, we’ll examine how self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation allow leaders to align their actions with their values, strengthening both credibility and relationships. Through interactive practices and reflection, participants will learn how to navigate challenging dynamics with greater clarity, respond to pressure with presence, and lead from a place of emotional integrity. In doing so, leaders and teams unlock deeper trust, foster collaboration, and shape cultures where people and organizations thrive.
