To kick off Every Woman. All Things., the transformative initiative launched by The Association of Junior Leagues International, we invite members of our League and community to a very special event.
On Friday, November 14, 2025, join us at the Riverside House for an evening of honest conversation about mental overload and burnout in caregiving. The Panel will include representatives from NAMI Jacksonville, Elder Source, and our own Sustainers. 

We’ll begin with a social at 6:00 PM, with appetizers and refreshments, as well as resource tables by local support organizations to share their services, connect with attendees, and help raise awareness about the support available in our community. After the social hour, we will migrate upstairs for a meaningful panel discussion that will empower us to lead, lift, and care with balance and intention.
 

Every Woman. All Things. is a transformative initiative launched by The Association of Junior Leagues International to reclaim well-being, and reimagine life where role strain, role conflict and burnout are no longer the cost of being everything to everyone. It was created to challenge the idea that burnout, role conflict, and doing it all should be the cost of showing up in the world.

As women who give so much — to our families, our League, and our community — it’s time to pause and talk about the hidden weight of caregiving.
