We are so excited to partner with Coastal Cosmetics for a fun-filled Botox and Bubbles fundraising event this year. Your registration in ME DOES NOT secure your spot, You must follow the process below.
- Call Coastal Cosmetics at (904) 332-6774 before the event to schedule your appointment or prepurchase your treatment vouchers by 11/29.
- Complete the attached medical waiver with this event. See Download Document.

Reminder : Treatment Vouchers are available to purchase up until 8 p.m. on the day of the event. Vouchers can be redeemed up to 1 year after purchase.
All proceeds from event and treatment vouchers will be donated to the Junior League of Jacksonville. The event is open to the general public, so don’t hesitate to invite your friends to join! Share on your socials!
