Description

Equine therapy at NFSSE’s equestrian center helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental differences (ISS) reach their full potential by improving confidence, flexibility, balance, posture, and muscle strength as well as psychological, cognitive, behavioral, social and communication skills. Volunteers are needed to assist with being lead or side walkers to the horses and keeping students stable in the saddle. Please wear closed toed shoes along with a red or JL shirt to show affiliation.
