Have you ever noticed that some people seem to surprise you with their response, and others are so “ easy” to talk to? More often than not, it all comes down to communication styles. In this training, we will talk about the four different “ styles”, first by identifying the motivators, then identifying your own communication style, and lastly, exploring what is needed to flex to others. This training will be fun, interactive, and help each of us become more self-aware of the impact or communication has on others.
